SALON POLICY
Your appointments are very important for Fandino Beauty, therefore, if you have to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask you to contact the salon at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to abide by the policy will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Please understand that when you fail to show up to your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Similar to a game of poker, where each move impacts the outcome, respecting appointment times allows us to provide a seamless experience for all clients. This is why we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee valued at 50% of the entire cost of the missed service.
Fandino Beauty makes an effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon and provide the best experience, and therefore, it asks its customers to be on time for their appointments. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please inform the salon as soon as possible. The service may need to be adjusted to fit a shorter time frame. If you arrive 20 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule.
