Your appointments are very important for Fandino Beauty, therefore, if you have to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask you to contact the salon at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to abide by the policy will result in a $50 cancelation fee.

Please understand that when you fail to show up to your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. This is why we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee valued at 50% of the entire cost of the missed service.

Fandino Beauty makes an effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon and provide the best experience, and therefore, it ask its costumers to be on time for the appointments. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please inform the salon as soon as possible. The service may need to be adjusted to fit a shorter time frame. If you arrive 20 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule.
